any ideas about a windows version?

I have decided to develop a Windows version based on containerd and hcsshim. The underlying technology of containerd is hyper-v. Would it be accepted if submitted as a pull request (PR)? Also, I noticed that Microsoft has developed openvmm, but it seems to be immature
