[FEATURE] Display Claude usage limits from unified-limit-monitor

Goal: Show current usage and limits in the UI.

Tasks:

• Integrate with unified-limit-monitor data source
• Create usage display widget (progress bar or similar)
• Update in real-time as messages sent
• Show time until reset
• Visual warning at 80%, 90%, 95% thresholds

Success criteria:

• User can see current usage percentage
• Updates after each message sent
• Clear visual indication when nearing limits
