New feature in Network application form

Hi Hugo,

So we would like to add the following feature to the network applications.
When someone applies to become a Network member, they will be shown a non-compulsory drop down list in the application form where they can join one of the Network Platforms. If they do select one of the Platforms, they need to fill in a compulsory field stating why they want to join this Platform and giving a quick intro on the expertise.

When someone selects a Platform, the Platform Leads then needs to get a notification that someone has joined and they also need to have access to the information field where the applicant filled in their expertise and reasons for joining that Platform.
