[Bug] Site navigation broken after CCID login

Description

After logging in to the CCGN site, one is redirected back to the CCGN site, and menu items don't lead to expected links.

Reproduction

1. Visit: https://network.creativecommons.org/ [must not yet be logged in]
2. Click on "Members" in top navigation menu
3. Get redirected to https://login.creativecommons.org to log in (because Members is a protected area?)
4. Log in with a CCID (eg: I did with my nate@creativecommons.org CCID account)
5. Get redirected back to the CCGN home page, but now with a URL like https://network.creativecommons.org/?ticket=[long string of letters and numbers] (Note that one is not in the Members area that one first clicked on)
6. Click on "Members" in top navigation menu again
7. CCGN home page just reloads with same URL with ticket without going to https://network.creativecommons.org/members/

Expectation

One should be able to travel from an unauthenticated state to log in and back to a URL that requires authorization seamlessly.

Could possibly be related to my somewhat unique creativecommons.org email address/account?
