reset-win-pos.bat missing

With the new builds reset-win-pos.bat is missing (needed it but had to look in older versions)

I had a minimized non restoring Hunterlog window

For dev builds I usually forget to include that. I'll try and remember in the future but I'll also add the file to the docs folder
