animation engine on steroids

the goal is to create WCE-like system, but with easy customizability in mind, where user can create their own animations.
triggering of animations would be handled by Responsive itself, chat message, actions, emotes, activities, all such events would be able to trigger an animation.

should this allow only WCE-like facial/pose animations or should they include animations with clothes/items to easily allow animations from #22 as well?
