invalid license key

I received my license key as seen in screenshot 1, and entered it into VS code, the result of which is seen in the screenshot 2.

The license key has been activated now.

As per my experience, it took a few hours to receive the verification email with license. After that, I entered the license code and it activated successfully.

Note: Although we received the license code immediately after the payment, it didn’t work for me either.

Please be assured that I will definitely see to it that the license issue you're having is completely resolved.

Like @dulithaks mentinoed, there were issues with the licensing sync that caused delays in receiving the license details email, but the issue is now completely resolved and emails are delivered as soon as license syncs from the service provider.

The issue you are having may be that you provided an incorrect license key.

@jimrandell did you see the email I sent to you on Feb 21 at 4:15 PM, containing details of this issue and license key that ends in ***C4F7C3?

I am experiencing the same thing. I do not see where I can enter a license key. I had assumed that if I clicked I have a license, I would get a prompt for entering the license key, but instead I get a toast message stating DevDb Pro requires a valid license to function

@mvtenney I had the same issue.

Right after payment, I received the license key and tried to use it, but got the same error. After several hours (maybe even up to a day), I received another email (as I remembered), and then when I entered the license key again, it worked.

I’d suggest waiting a bit and trying again — you’ll most likely receive another email.

@dulithaks Thanks, I was able to resolve by downgrading the version of DevDB, and in the old version there was an activate license button that did not exist on the new version. I upgraded again after activating.
