Cannot write to file & cannot access directory errors

When running hellwal -i ~/Pictures/wallpaper.jpg
it gives the following output:

[INFO]: Loading image /home/mightid/Pictures/wallpaper.jpg
[INFO]: Loaded!
[WARN]: Cannot write to file: /home/mightid/.cache/hellwal//cache/wallpaper.jpg.hellwal
                        
                        
[INFO]: Set colors to [2] terminals!
[WARN]: Cannot access directory: /home/mightid/.config/hellwal/templates

It doesnt create the directories when its being run it seems, and wilst i could make those directories myself, the program should probably be making those itself
