First of all thank you for this amazing simple UI to deal with the web3signer API keymanager!

• As a suggestion, would be a nice to have releases in this repository so we can track version compatibility between web3signer API keymanager and the keymanager frontend.

• Another interesting point would be to have a docker image built somewhere, gh registry or docker hub

Thanks pablo! Once I finalize the web3signer implementation completely (follow progress (here)[https://github.com/Consensys/web3signer/pull/489] - I'll setup some proper releases. For now consider this alpha.

docker image is an interesting idea, i'll look into it!
