Domains Listing: Combine buttons for "add domain" and "bulk add domains" into one button #495
Description
We can combine the two buttons for adding domains (single and bulk) into one for simplicity.
In the domains listing page, we've got two buttons side-by-side that accomplish much of the same thing: adding domains, either one-at-a-time, or in bulk.
Functionally, the bulk add button could accomplish everything that the single add button does, which makes the button for adding a single domain redundant.
