Unable to create files in root directory

Currently, wibo isn't able to create files in the root directory, which can be problematic, as some compilers need that. Some ways this could be fixed is by redirecting those files to the current directory, or having an environment variable to redirect them.

The decomp.me scratch you linked is empty and doesn't have any compile errors. I think I still know what you mean though, I think this is the same issue as #112

Whoops, I think I forgot to save the scratch. As for #112, it’s the same cause, but I think it’s a different issue. If #112 gets merged, I can see if the issue is still there.
