Build History Signature / Build Statistics

• Create a reference run and collect information (run time, number of lines per log, total number of files, total size of files created)
• Save that information in a "signature" (x:y:z or similar, TBD)
• Use the signature in next builds to generate some useful info (70% Complete etc)

--save-run-signature save following run to signature
--use-stats-db use an external statistics database
--no-stats do not show any stats...
