UI : Modal for Starting a Discussion should be at the middle of the screen

Describe the bug
Just a UI issue when clicking "Start a Discussion" the modal is at the bottom of the screen. Typically modal like this should be at the center .

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. After freshly installing the web app
2. Click Login link at the top menu and login as admin@forumium.app using password password
3. Click on 'Start a Discussion' button near the top left of the page.
4. The modal shows up at the bottom of the screen. I don't know if this is deliberate.

Expected behavior
The modal should show in the middle of the screen (center center) .
