Today's routine consisted of a balanced mix of physical conditioning and academic coursework. For my physical training, I completed a "pull-day" resistance regimen, which comprised exercises such as pullovers, pull-ups, lat pull-downs, seated rows, reverse pec-deck flyes, and bicep curls.

On the academic front, I focused on two subjects: R Computing and Discrete Mathematics. The R Computing lecture centered on importing and exporting data. The material was quite straightforward, as it primarily consisted of learning specific operational commands. Therefore, mastering this section will simply require memorizing the relevant R syntax.

Regrading Discrete Mathematics, the chapter on mathematical proofs was relatively manageable. However, since I had forgotten some of the underlying concepts, the study session served as a highly effective comprehensive review. In particular, it had been quite a long time since I last encountered mathematical induction. Overall, Discrete Mathematics is my favorite course this semester. not only do I have a string affinity for mathematics, but the subject also evokes fond memories of my earlier school years.
