Asycle and Struct101G support

Propose a new toolkit item for the asycle compiler.

I think the tasks are something like:

1. create a buildfile for asycle that pops it on the devboy maven repo - it can be found here - "svn co https://secure.nme.at/svn/Asycle/trunk/ Asycle"
2. create a toolkit with compiler that runs asycle just like a test or compile would run. (it has to be copied into the flex sdk)
3. support the --analyze option which allows you to output it to the struct101g as3 flavour.
