Expose `peerInfo` option for `useSendInvite()` mutation

@comapeo/core@6 introduced this, which is used for invite-over-internet and writeless members.

We don't want to expose this until we know that most devices are using core@6 due to compatibility concerns (discussion in Slack). Once it is exposed, ideally it's specified whenever possible.
