Export the applyDefault function

Export the `applyDefault` function as `ApplyDefault`. 

It is useful to build an object with default configurations.

```go
// now the default is an object initialized by empty values.
default := conf.ExampleConfig()
// fill the fields with default value
configo.ApplyDefault(&default)
```
