launchpad.net has been for a long time the standard for PPAs. It is somewhat challenging to use and recently very slow to access. It could be the case of someone working on a GitHub mirror of it aiming at a replacement. See example in sas.
json11 had an issue with uint8_t in Ubuntu 26.04. Because the original repository has been archived for a long time and the license allows it, the source code was added directly to cpp-interface-json11 while keeping the copyright statements as required.
