Retrobar has issues with displaying app icons that have notification badges correctly if application is already open when Retrobar launches

If an application like discord is already open, the notifications dot/number badge wont appear on it when Retrobar launches.

Once opened again, the icon appears normally. This isn't a gigantic issue but annoys me enough to want to post this issue about it.
This is on windows 10 if that matters. This likely isn't exclusive to discord but I don't have other apps to test this with.

Start Retrobar as a service

You can try this method; it might improve the situation.

Wouldn't it make more sense to open a PR that adds the changes you've done as part of upstream, instead of pointing people toward your version?

Yes, I agree with your statement, But RetroBar is written in C#, My specialty is Delphi, I can only do my best to make RetroBar better. Just because I love him so much.

Furthermore, my solution is to not modify the Retrobar's source code, allowing it to run quickly and smoothly.

Thanks to the developers of Retrobar for providing a user-friendly interface for everyone.

I created a Win 10 instance within VMware to test RetroBarExtService, and obviously, it works perfectly.
