Task for tracking the implementation of Linked Identities feature, starting with support for ORCID IDs.
Summary
Linked Identities behind the scenes are Drips accounts that are derived from some off-chain identity similar to Drips Projects, but instead have a 1:1 connection with a single "User" (Address Profile). Conceptually, this is used for off-chain identities that generally correspond to a single "User", such as for example social media accounts (Bluesky, X, etc.).
These Drips accounts will be "linked" to a particular user by 1) updating the owner address of the identity (as in "linking" the account, similar to "claiming" a project), and 2) establishing a 100% split from the off-chain identity account to the user's Address Driver account.
The first Linked Identity type will be ORCID IDs for researchers.
