Request windows arm64 binaries

Getting the following error trying to install the UI extension in DuckDB windows on arm

INSTALL ui;
HTTP Error:
Failed to download extension "ui" at URL "http://extensions.duckdb.org/v1.4.3/windows_arm64/ui.duckdb_extension.gz" (HTTP 404)
