Swift2 Impersonation page (My customers) only show when current user can impersonate anyone or is impersonating #43
Description
A common feature request we recieve is to hide the my customers page (impersonation) for users that can't impersonate. This is a minor thing that doesn't cause problems for the customer, but they are still asking for it constantly. I understand that it could be solved with permissions if we have users that can impersonate in the same group, but we often don't. I have created the custom change to Vertical navigation and navigation before to hide this page from the template, since we don't have a permission that we can use that represents users that can impersonate someone.
