Why the plots do not show up after I knit my Rmarkdown file

Hi, y'all. So, I tried to create research report within R markdown. All the graphs/tables/plots displayed fine in my console, however, when I knit the file, only the text will show up. I don't know what is going on.

Hi @wangpinyi,

Did you change the chunk option to include=TRUE for those chunks that make the plots? Look again at the example document from class. It's subtle! But my guess is that's your issue.
