Additional info on membrane diffusion

First I must say you did a great job in writing this review. I enjoyed reading it a lot.

It might be of interest that in membranes, finite-size effects on diffusion coefficients can be corrected without prior knowledge of the membrane viscosity (which you get on top) from a set of (two or more) simulations at different box width:

Thank you for the comment. The additional information on membranes is helpful if we do a V2 to expand treatment to other systems. For now, we have only focused on bulk behavior.
