Cluster health watcher using the wrong type for Elastic Cloud environments

After a couple of days troubleshooting the cluster-health watcher not working on Elastic Cloud I realized there's an issue here:

It says

"term": {
                        "type" : "cluster_state"
                      }

It should say

                        "type" : "cluster_stats"
                      }
