Implement the shmup player

This issue consist of building the basic shmup player that will help us demonstrate what can be done with the application.

The issue will definitely be split in multiple issues, but here is a short list what should be done prior to anything:

• Setup bevy #26
• The player should scan a repository and show the basic bevy window #27
• The player should run on a revision #31
• The player should run on a local directory #30
• Load game entity using a converter file #28
• Design the game and more issues to cover the implementation #29
• Build the Actual game
