Create a document to explore the mapping of schemas, with a focus on the following questions:
- How could an RO-Crate be packaged from a TES run, such that the RO-Crate contains all necessary info to restart that TES run?
- Which additional information is required to package a valid Process Run Crate from the TES run?
- How could an RO-Crate be packaged from a WES run, such that the RO-Crate contains all necessary info to restart that WES run?
- Which additional information is required to package a valid Workflow Run Crate from the WES run?
For each of these questions, a mapping table listing the individual properties of each schema has to be created and gaps have to be highlighted (e.g., there is no obvious way to get info X that is required by schema Y).
