This could have some additional demos/info on creating code chunks with just code plus code + figures. These examples could be taken directly from Clement's Wisconsin.R and corresponding Wisconsin.Rmd file (https://github.com/clement-lee/coderep).
A final exercise could be to ask students to take the .R file and convert it to an appropriate LP document in .Qmd - we could show them what the final document would look like as a high res image
