Add additional flags: `--library-only` / `--addon-only` / `--no-tests`

This would mean we:
- use all the publish configs as the default configs
- don't generate a test-app
- don't even have vite installed
- don't generate a demo-app


Other flags that would be useful:
- `--no-demo`
- `--no-tests`
- `--no-stylelint`
- `--no-prettier`
- `--no-eslint`
- `--no-templatelint`
- `--no-linting`
- `--module` (generates with type=module)
