[BUG] Add working example page to glftModel()

Description

Currently in our reference-menu the gltfModel() has a example scene icon, however, the link does not work since the example-page for /model has been combined with /texture and is now /assetReference

Essentially all you have to do is update the link itself

Same thing happens with setTexture(), setTextureColoring(), and setTransparency(). How should these fixes be approached?
