Resource Type / Link - Doesn't work when clicked

I have added a DOCUMENT but its RESOURCE TYPE has been changed to "Link", which redirects from anywhere on the website to the client's Facebook page, unfortunately after the update it stopped working, I have a strange message.

When I try to add a new DOCUMENT and change the RESOURCE TYPE to LINK and save it, I get a message about "Locked because the document is being edited by another user", clicking PREVIEW on it also does not work, it does not redirect to the link
