Terminal Reset

when i try to prepare or initialize the device, it shows connected , then it shows a yellow progress bar and progress bar will stuck at 20-30% and a error will popup terminal need to reset contact ezetap support

their is one more issue i am facing ...
Device is fully charged but not switching on .

i am getting unable to connect to ezetap device via bluetooth . Please Check if the device is turned on and is sufficiently charged, and try again..
Device is fully charged and device shows while i try to connect using bluetooth

I am getting below error while trying to initialize device "Cannot assign a Terminal to Ezetap Device ".
Kindly clear my issue its very urgent
