UI for adding/changing mirrors?

The plugin isn't currently working for me, and the mirrors in your code are not the same as those in pylibgen's.

Could you consider adding a minimal configuration UI for at least adding new mirrors without having to redownload or unzip, modify, rezip, and reimport the plugin? Thanks!
