Design metrics storage for:
- single viewer
- audience of viewers
The goal is store all metrics if:
- client application provides uniq viewer or audience (viewers) IDs
- no IDs provides; IP, time, location -> (indexed to) -> wheather, stock etc will be used to mark METRICS

- must be optimized to use over internal API by aggregator, indexer, crawler, PIPELINE, scenario etc
