`time` types not rendering properly in the Object Builder

Bug Report

Time type on the Object Builder Builder screen is rendering incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce:

Upload the files attached to the comment of this issue

Step-by-step

1. Add a LegalAgreement as a root type
2. Add agreementTerms
3. Add agreement
4. Add creditSupportAgreementElections
5. Add calculationAndTiming
6. Add notificationTime
7. Add partyElections
8. Add notificationTime
9. Add hourMinuteTime

LegalAgreement -> agreementTerms -> agreement -> creditSupportAgreementElections -> calculationAndTiming -> notificationTime -> partyElections -> notificationTime -> hourMinuteTime

Expected Result:

An empty box with ability to add a time value

Actual Result:

No option to add time, just an blank square.

The section for time does not Render properly
