enhancement : desync mount under Microsoft Windows

Seems doable. I can try adding that next week maybe, but likely limited to just Windows builds

#142 implements this. I don't really like having 2 different FUSE libraries, and also that there's now a new build dependency on Windows that has to be installed (even if the mount-index command is not needed). Let me know how that looks.
