Suggestion: LangChain Tool Integration

It could be valuable to add a LangChain tool implementation to the TACP protocol.
LangChain provides a well-established framework for LLM applications, including tool and agent abstractions.

This would enable:

• Automated issue handling and PR proposals
• Validation and protocol checks via agents

We've built a production LangChain toolkit that could complement TACP.

langchain-insumer (on PyPI) provides 6 tools for on-chain verification across 31 EVM chains: verify token holdings, check NFT ownership, look up merchant registrations, and get ECDSA-signed attestations. The tools work with any LangChain agent or chain.

For TACP specifically, an agent could use these tools to verify on-chain credentials as part of the protocol's validation flow: after TACP authenticates the agent (JWS/JWE), the LangChain tools verify on-chain state before the transaction proceeds.
