Garbage collect old repository versions #77
Description
Currently, old repository versions stay around indefinitely, consuming space using the default storage class. Once backups are implemented, we should periodically garbage collect older versions. "Older versions" means versions older than the latest 5, and at the same time also older than 2 months.
