clinker plot_cluster legend issue #103
Description
I have a large json of over 400 operons that I am looking to visualise. When i try to plot up to 40 clusters using cblaster plot_clusters session_pqq_blast_V1.json -mc 40 all 7 or so genes in my legend are displayed and all the genes in the operons are colour coded according to the legend. But when I try to plot above 40 clusters the legend is simplified and the operons are not colour coded correctly.
