Azure Boards integration

Enable Spec Kit to sync requirements, implementation plans, and tasks into Azure DevOps so non-GitHub users (PMs, testers, BAs) can access them.

@agzyamov I saw this issue and since I have been experimenting for a couple of months with an extra Speckit command to better integrate Azure DevOps with Speckit. /speckit.ado

I shared some details here: GitHub discussion.

I’m curious to see if others would find this useful and whether a PR might be worth it for folks with similar setups.

That is correct. It has just been merged so yes please see if this work for Azure Boards integration. Thanks!
