[Bug] can't link protocol & experiment w/ "method" tab

What happened?

went to connect experiment w a method; in the "method" tab when editing the experiment (from the gantt chart), says "click + button to add task" (screenshot) but it isn't clickable/interactable

What did you expect to happen?

expected to be able to link methods & experiment; thought pop-up window would connect to "methods" and i could select a method from those that have been uploaded to link w the experiment

Steps to reproduce

1. clicked gantt chart
2. clicked on experiment
3. clicked three dots and "edit properties" (note: also tried w/o this step, and i tried to do this after going to the "method" tab)
4. method tab
5. says "click + button to add task" (screenshot) but it isn't clickable/interactable
