adk-java removed the constructor in v0.9.0 which can take in a McpSessionManager in 82ef5ac, and thus the ability to construct an McpAsyncClient using StreamableHttpServerParameters.

Describe the Solution You'd Like

Ideally the McpAsyncToolset would still allow the consumer to provide a McpAsyncClient/McpSessionManager directly - mainly for customising url + headers + timeouts.

Impact on your work

We would like to explore and move to v1.0.0 when its ready and would also would like our MCP connectors to keep working as it is
