Update Anton font with Cyrillic support

Super short description of the upgrade: This update adds Cyrillic support for languages that use the Cyrillic script, as well as two additional currency symbols: the Tenge sign and the Som sign. Kerning and hinting were added and adjusted for the Cyrillic glyph set.

Bugs reported in this repo which this upgrade would fix: Search in the issue tracker if there is some opened issues containing the font name.

There is already an existing pull request #7552 for the Anton font, but it had some remaining issues and was opened two years ago. I have updated the changes based on the latest version of the font.

Please let me know if any further adjustments or fixes are needed.

There are some issues in Cyrillic that need attention:
