Feature request: mention or connect with external WebP optimization tools

Hi team,

First of all, thank you for all your work on Guetzli and image optimization research.
These projects really inspire developers like me to think more about performance and sustainability on the web.

While exploring WebP and related optimizations, I started building a small open-source side project called EcoMedia Manager 🌱.
It’s a simple tool that converts images into WebP in batch mode, with options for quality and metadata stripping.
