Set GoPro Max 360 camera via Open GoPro API

Hi,

I am developing an in interface to the GoPro Max 360 camera via the Open GoPro API.

This sets the photo mode: Load Photo Preset Group | 0x04 0x3E 0x02 0x03 0xE9

My question is how do I set 360 photo mode with BLE?

Max is not actually supported by Open GoPro.

So the Open GoPro API on Max is completely untested and is likely missing significant functionality.

It's highly unlikely that Max will ever be supported via OGP

I really don't need the Max to be supported by the Open GoPro API.

Any reason why the Max wouldn't be supported in the future? I am working on a project where a 360 cam will be critical, and it's really a big miss not to support it. Is there any alternative method to programming remote functions like starting recording, and retrieving status in python via WiFi/BLE without OGP?
