Open GoPro Kotlin Multiplatform SDK

Hello 👋

I've pushed an alpha KMP SDK into the repo

It will be available on Maven once some red tape is cleared. For now you should be able to use the SDK and demo from the Github repo.

Also note that this is not yet technically "multiplatform" since only Android has been completely tested. But the groundwork is there for iOS support and this is a near-term goal.
