After those are installed, you can grab the plugin from Releases and simply add a cs2-randomizer folder under game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins/ and unpack the plugin there.
After that the randomizer will be active as soon as the round starts, but if you're boring you can use disable_randomizer to disable the plugin.
