Links don't work now that master is called devel

The links to the underling files still have 'master' in the link, like

https://code.bioconductor.org/browse/NormalyzerDE/blob/master/R/generatePlots.R

instead of

https://code.bioconductor.org/browse/NormalyzerDE/blob/devel/R/generatePlots.R
