Disable WebP

What is the easiest way to disable WebP?
The images on my home page are too small and look pixelated.

you can change this line:

This code makes special logic, aiming at the home page image. You can make updatedUrl to any url.

I have changed that line to .webP_load === false but my front page image is still scaling to 300x169.
I have restarted Ghost.
Is there another change I need to make?
The space on the homepage is 600pixels wide but the image is only 300 pixels wide...

Two solutions:

1. You make a big picture that has appropriate pixels and all around is transparent.
2. If you are familiar with CSS, you can change these post-thumbnail-wrap styles.

Ps. I do not recommend modifying its size, as this will make the entire layout uneven. If the picture is large or small, the layout may look a bit messy.
