vscode version task due date incorrectly display the hour

if after 12:00PM nor any hour over 12 hours in 24 hours format

to replicate:

1. Add a card
2. click the icon to change due date
3. select a day and any hour after 12 o'clock
4. the due date displayed don't match with the hour selected

checking the .kanban in text editor show the correct hour saved, so apparently is a display issue.
